Once the sewing room of the manor house in a bygone age, this is now a cosy and bright first floor apartment. Reached by its own external granite steps, it has a beautiful view from its own balcony sun deck across the fields to the river. Inside you will find a fitted pine kitchen with gas cooker and a see-through arch to the comfortable living and dining room, a spacious bathroom and a pine bedroom with double bed. The shared, south-facing garden is enclosed, sheltered and sunny.

This comfortable ground floor apartment in the south-facing wing of the manor house consists of a spacious living cum dining-room with beautiful period furniture and a bright kitchen with dishwasher and fridge freezer. It has a cosy bedroom with double bed and antique furniture and a bathroom with electric, above-bath shower. From Isolda's dining table you have a lovely view of the gardens and across the valley, which you can also enjoy sitting outside in the sunny, sheltered spot beside the rose border.

This comfortable little 19th century terraced cottage in Lostwithiel village is only a few minutes' walk from the many lovely shops, popular pubs, some excellent restaurants and the river Fowey. It has a spacious fitted kitchen and a comfortable sitting room and dining area with ornate fire place. Upstairs there is a spacious double bedroom with pine furniture and a bathroom with electric above-bath shower. The cottage has a shared garden and off street private parking at the rear. Guests are welcome to use the amenities at Lanwithan, just five minutes' walk away.
